Establishing a go-to Gourmet Pizza place just north of Melbourne must be challenging. There are so many great restaurants on Sydney Road and Lygon street. Crust has variety, can do Gluten Free and has adventure in the menu. But it cant compete with the really great Woodfired Pizza places within a Km or two.

They consistently take over an hour - usually close to an hour and a half to deliver from Brunswick to Brunswick. Really annoying.
